Timber Prefabrication Plant in Tłuszcz

Eco-friendly, energy-efficient construction – perfect for those who value a healthy lifestyle and closeness to nature.

In recent years, we have been dynamically expanding our sustainable construction segment, focusing on modern timber-frame technology and innovative wooden prefabrication. This allows us to create environmentally friendly buildings that meet the highest standards of energy efficiency and comfort. As pioneers in Poland, we introduced eco-friendly multi-family and single-family homes, built from modules produced in our state-of-the-art plant in Tłuszcz near Warsaw. Our solutions combine the tradition of natural materials with advanced technology, offering healthy, safe, and durable living spaces – close to nature, yet perfectly suited to the needs of modern life.

Bringing Out the Best in Wood

Timber-based multi-family housing is gaining popularity as the future of European construction. Particularly valued in Sweden and Finland, wood is recognized for its unique advantages as a building material. J.W. Construction has also embraced this potential.

Our prefabricated timber elements meet the highest global standards in terms of ecology, sound insulation, and airtightness. Made from natural, healthy materials, they do not emit CO₂ while providing excellent thermal insulation. This ensures warmth in winter, protection against overheating in summer, and up to 30% savings on heating and cooling costs, depending on the energy source.

Homes Delivered Straight from the Factory

Our prefabricated wooden houses are designed and manufactured with cutting-edge computer software that guarantees the utmost precision. Each component is crafted to ensure durability, structural stability, and perfect connections.

Ready-made walls and ceilings are transported directly from our Tłuszcz factory to the construction site. Unlike traditional methods, lightweight timber structures require no heavy foundations or complex reinforcement, significantly shortening construction time – with the shell of the building ready in just a few weeks.

Efficient and Healthy Living

Thanks to lower energy use in production, transport, and assembly, wooden houses place far less burden on the environment. Producing one cubic meter of wood requires just 190 kWh, compared to 1,700 kWh for concrete and a staggering 82,000 kWh for steel.

Energy efficiency is further enhanced by mineral wool insulation used in roofs, prefabricated walls, floors, and partitions. Manufactured with bio-based fiber-bonding technology, it is free from formaldehyde, phenol, acrylic, artificial dyes, and brighteners.

Our wooden homes also use gypsum-fiber boards that regulate air humidity and temperature. Produced from natural raw materials without adhesives, they eliminate harmful substances such as formaldehydes – making them safer and healthier to live in.

Durable, Safe, and High-Performance

For our eco-homes, we use only top-quality, certified C24 structural timber with natural resistance to biological corrosion and pests – without the need for chemical impregnation.

Thanks to wood’s low thermal conductivity, our prefabricated houses and apartments are highly energy efficient. The panels are produced from carefully selected pine logs obtained mainly from forest maintenance cuts. Kiln-dried to 15% humidity, four-sided planed timber is then strength-graded for durability.

Modern technology ensures the panels are easy to process, resistant to twisting and micro-cracks, and offer the same fire resistance levels as traditional masonry walls.
