For certain properties, we can also advise on taking advantage of the Family Housing Loan (Rodzinny Kredyt Mieszkaniowy – RKM), a government program for those with creditworthiness but no personal contribution. The RKM is a preferential mortgage loan in which buyers can receive a guarantee of their own contribution from the Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. It is the only loan that rewards family growth, with partial loan repayment provided upon the birth of a second, third, or subsequent child.

Signing the Purchase Agreement
In accordance with the Developers’ Act, the purchase agreement is signed at a notary office.

Submitting Loan Applications
Documents are submitted to banks that meet the client’s requirements.

Selecting the Best Loan Decision
According to the Mortgage Credit Act, banks have a maximum of 21 calendar days to issue a decision from the moment a complete application is submitted.

Signing the Loan Agreement
The agreement is signed at the branch of the selected bank.

Loan Disbursement
After meeting any conditions, the bank transfers funds directly to the developer’s account. Additional funds for finishing works are transferred to the client’s account.

Receiving the Keys
Once the property is fully paid, an appointment can be scheduled to receive the keys.

Signing the Notarial Deed
After signing, the notary submits the application to register the property in the land and mortgage register.
